Returns and Exchanges Policy

As each item is custom made / customized by hand to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges, except in the case of items delivered materially different than what was ordered. See below for more details.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item was received materially different than what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of the item so that we are able to quickly evaluate the item and make it right. For items received different than what was ordered, we may require and request an image of the defective item received in order to initiate a refund, replacement, or return at our discretion.

For custom items, including products that are custom designed, configured, personalized, or inscribed, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged/defective upon arrival or there has been a mistake made by B3 U ATHLETICS, and you received an item different than what was ordered. If there is an error such as incorrect spelling, color, or an incorrect product provided by B3 U ATHLETICS causing the item you received to be different than was ordered please email us at support@beyouathletics.com and we will work to quickly provide you with a replacement, refund, or resolution.

Most items determined to be defective or incorrect upon receipt will not require a return. If your item is determined to require a return, we will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Our primary return carrier is USPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order details) to confirm your details to initiate the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All refunds of returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt back to us.
