When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days after the date of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Via our standard shipping, USPS First Class Mail, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Any delivery dates/timeframes provided are estimates that may vary.
Shipping Upgrades Available at Checkout:
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada.
Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?
We can provide a 10% discount on orders of a quantity of 10 or more.*Discounts for bulk orders cannot be applied to sale items or combined with additional discount offers. Discount coupons or codes cannot be applied to items that are on sale.
How are discount coupons / discount codes applied?
Discount codes / coupons cannot be stacked. Only 1 coupon / discount per order.

Do you use 100% genuine Nike tie headbands for customization?
Yes. We use 100% authentic Nike tie headbands, purchased from authorized Nike distributors, that we customize and personalize to order. All Nike headbands offered on our site are customized or personalized by us by hand to order. Each item comes with the the tags. Each item is 100% independently customized by B3 U ATHLETICS as an independent customizer; The Nike name, Swoosh (logo), and "dri-fit" term are registered trademarks of Nike, Inc. Nike Inc. does not endorse or contribute in any way to any of our customizations, personalizations, or related processes as we are not affiliated with Nike Inc. Our customization process may alter the feel and condition of the original headband materials; such changes / alterations should not be associated with the the original manufacturer, or the original unaltered state of the materials.
How do I care for my headband?
Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
How to wear the tie headbands?
The tie headbands are one size fits all. With the design facings outwards, place the headband on or just above the forehead, around the head just above the ears, and then tie at the base of the back of the head, comfortably to fit as desired.
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake upon receipt, which excludes damages caused by the shipping carrier. If a return or refund is accepted, please allow up to 10 business days to reflect in your original payment account.
